描述

U4164A 逻辑分析仪模块提供两个新的工作模式：四倍采样状态模式和 10 GHz 1/4 通道时序模式。四倍采样状态模式能够从每路输入的单一探测点在两个独立调节阈值上对 4 个不同位置进行采样，意味着 U4164A 对空间的需求可以进一步减少，并满足 DDR4、DDR5、LPDDR4 和 LPDDR5 等高数据速率信号的探测需求：4 个不同的读和写数据采样位置，独立的 2.5 Gb/s 以上数据速率上升沿/下降沿采样。1/4 通道（10 GHz）时序模式可以支持高达 1.6 Gb 采样/输入。除了新的工作模式外，U4164A 逻辑分析仪模块还包括多项新特性，能够帮助高速数字和 DDR/LPDDR 存储器设计工程师加快系统启动和调试速度。新特性包括时序模式偏移校正控制、双采样状态模式双阈值、时钟滞后控制（时钟关闭后时钟输入存在噪声，该特性可以调整状态模式的噪声灵敏度）以及非常深的存储器选件（400 Mb 全通道，800 Mb 半通道，1.6 Gb 1/4 通道）。

为了从 U4164A 迹线捕获中获得更深的洞察力，B4661A 存储器分析软件提供了全套分析工具，以便加速 DDR/2/3/4/5 和 LPDDR/1/2/3/4/5 测量的设置和配置；还提供各种已获许可的选件，用于 DDR/2/3/4/5、LPDDR/1/2/3/4/5 和 ONFi（开放式 NANAD 闪存接口）存储器分析和一致性验证
